Designed for a wide range of managers, leaders, executives, consultants or professionals, this experiential workshop offers participants the opportunity to gain an understanding of 'beneath the surface' dynamics that affect all groups and organizations.

These 'beneath the surface' dynamics are both powerful and subtle. Recognizing them, and our part in them, is crucial to helping organizations and groups learn from their experiences and so develop.

During the workshop, it is the task of members to study the behavior of the group, as a group, as it happens. In this way members begin to become more aware of the emotions, pressures and needs of group dynamics, and the ways in which these often conflict with the needs of individuals.

The focus of group learning is on the dynamics of the group as a whole and not as individuals.

A deeper understanding and awareness of the way that individual and group dynamics affect leaders and managers (and sometimes whole teams or departments) will increase productivity in the private sector, and increase commitment and exemplary service in the public sector.

Feedback from past members has shown a high degree of learning and appreciation that has resulted in considerable personal change and understanding.

When confirmed, details of the next Workshop will appear on this page. Queries and notices of interest are welcomed to the Director, OPUS at director@opus.org.uk
