We are a registered educational charity, No. 282415 and a company limited by guarantee, No. 01514106. Founded in 1975 as OPUS (an Organisation for Promoting Understanding of Society) we are a not for profit organisation that, as its name implies, exists to promote understanding of society and of organisations within society.
