Online advanced experiential training
4 days (February 5th, 6th, 19th, 20th) 1200hrs–1800hrs UTC/GMT
We invite you to this 4 day intensive experiential workshop for group facilitators and consultants who are committed to developing their practice. The workshop is centred around four key questions:-
- How can you offer insight that supports growth in teams?
- How can you develop a containing presence while facing turbulence?
- How can you work with unexplored dynamics in the group?
- What personal learning and change is required for you to develop your practice?
The workshop draws on group relations methodology. Each participant will have opportunities to take up consulting roles in a programme that maximises opportunities for feedback, reflection and learning.
The programme is designed to meet the needs of group facilitators and organisational consultants who are interested in personal development and new perspectives.
- Small group consultancy practice with live supervision
- Exploring the link between practice and contemporary theory
- Application groups examining your current practice
The workshop is led by Jo-anne Carlyle and Chris Tanner.
Jo-anne Carlyle is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist, Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist and Organisational Consultant. She has worked on GRCs and applications of Group Relations work in the UK, India, Lithuania and Canada. Jo-anne recently left a training role developing contemporary psychoanalytic clinical trainings to focus on more socially grounded projects.
