Consulting to Groups: From Insight to Collaboration

An OPUS developmental workshop for group relations facilitators and consultants

Led by: Chris Tanner and Jo-anne Carlyle

Dates: 21-23 September 2018

Times: 9am to 6pm each day

Venue: Herbert Smith Freehills LLP, Exchange House, Primrose Street, London EC2A 2EG

Cost: £ 490 per person

This 3-day intensive experiential workshop is for group facilitators and consultants who are committed to developing their group relations practice. The workshop is based on group relations methodology and centred around 4 key questions:

  1. How can you offer insight that supports growth in teams?
  2. How can you develop a containing presence “under fire”?
  3. What is required to create collaboration in groups under pressure?
  4. What personal learning and change is required for you to develop your GRC practice?

Each participant will have opportunities to take up a range of consulting roles. Events are designed to maximise opportunities for feedback and reflection.

The programme is designed to meet the needs of group relations facilitators and consultants who are interested in personal development and new perspectives, regardless of experience.

Refreshments are provided during the day but not lunch; there are, however, a number of sandwich shops and restaurants around Liverpool Street station.
