This workshop is for professional staff, managers, executives and consultants from all sectors and industries.
It takes place over two consecutive weekends. The break in the middle encourages reflection and the digestion of new experiences, with the opportunity to explore these insights further in part two.
Providing an introduction to unconscious processes in groups, Making the Difference uses experiential learning – learning directly from experience – to enable participants to study just these processes: in themselves and in the group as a whole.
With learning occurring in real time, facilitated by experienced consultants, the workshop is a forum in which to explore thinking and emotional factors that help or hinder decision-making and patterns of relating in organisations, and to change them – to make a difference.
Participants learn at their own pace. The learning is highly individualised, as participants come to realise how unrecognised behavioural templates and roles shape and are shaped by the groups of which they are part.
Through a deeper understanding and awareness of the dynamics affecting individuals, teams and departments, participants become better able to manage themselves in groups, and also identify the unhelpful undercurrents in groups that need to be surfaced and resolved.
