Developing networks, strengthening ties
This development day is different from previous versions in NOT being limited to those interested in participating in OPUS Consulting. It is open to all OPUS associates and members who are or wish to become organisational consultants.
The aim of the day is to develop and strengthen the idea of OPUS as a community of practitioners. It aims to provide a low-cost opportunity for OPUS associates to get to know and learn from each other in an informal setting, providing mutual support in the task of furthering our practitioner skills and developing our practices.
As before, will will operate as a self-organising group, working with whatever participants bring to the event. There will be a facilitated open space with room for:
- group reflection and discussion
- informal 1:1 conversations and networking
- peer supervision circles
Future development days may also include some form of structured learning, drawing on the collective knowledge and experience from within OPUS.
There is no obligation to participate in OPUS Consulting cic but there is a clear expectation and understanding that any for-profit consultancy collaborations and initiatives originated or furthered during an OPUS Consultancy Development Day would be pursued via OPUS Consulting.
