Rebecca Nestor is an organisational consultant, leadership developer and facilitator; and a doctoral student at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust, investigating the dynamics of leadership. Her recent professional projects include support for managed growth in a university department, executive coaching and leadership development programmes for charities and universities.
Chris Tanner is an organisational consultant, and senior lecturer at the Centre for Psychoanalytic Studies, University of Essex. Recent projects include executive director development within the NHS, team consultancies within therapeutic communities and a range of leadership development initiatives.
