BUILDING A COMMUNITY OF PRACTICE FOR CONSULTANTS
This meeting is open to all OPUS associates and members seeking a peer support network for their organisational consultancy practice.
Non-members are also welcome to attend, although they would be expected to join OPUS before attending more than two of these meetings.
The aim of the afternoon is to develop and strengthen the idea of OPUS as a community of practitioners. It provided a low-cost opportunity for participants to get to know and learn from each other in an informal setting, providing mutual support in the task of furthering their practitioner skills and developing their organisational consultancy practices.
As before, we will operate as a self-organising group, working with whatever material participants bring to the event. There will be a facilitated open space with room for:
- group reflection and discussion
- informal 1:1 conversations and networking
- peer supervision circles
There is no obligation to participate in OPUS Consulting but there is a clear expectation and understanding that any for-profit consultancy collaborations and initiatives originated or furthered during or as a result of this meeting would be pursued via OPUS Consulting.
