Membership
OPUS subscriptions are non-refundable and non-transferable and provide for Associate Membership of OPUS for the 12 months from 1 April in the year of payment until the following 31 March (the ‘membership year’).
UK Associate Membership is only available to those ordinarily resident in the UK at the time of joining/renewal. International Associate Membership is only available to those not ordinarily resident in the UK at the time of joining/renewal.
At the discretion of the Director, subscriptions for new associate members joining in the three calendar months preceding the start of a membership year may be treated as covering membership for the membership year of payment and the subsequent membership year.
The names of all Associate Members, together with their membership number, will be included in the Membership Database on the main menu of the OPUS website (visible only to current Associate Members and Members).
Subscriptions are due on the first working day of the relevant membership year.
Events
Tickets booked for an OPUS Event, Listening Post or Conference are non-refundable and non-transferable except at the discretion of the Director. Places are limited and will be allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.
In the event of cancellation or postponement of an event, OPUS will refund the event fee in full but accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising as a result of the event’s cancellation or postponement
